The Guest Order Withdrawal plugin is an essential tool for nopCommerce stores looking to improve customer satisfaction, reduce support overhead, and streamline order management operations. By allowing both guest and registered customers to request order withdrawals and returns through a self-service interface, the plugin enhances the customer experience while providing merchants with complete control and visibility over the withdrawal process.
PRE-REQUISITES
· The plugin requires you to install the Nop-Station Core plugin first.
INSTALLATION
· Download the Discount Manager Plugin from our store “Link”
· Go to Administration → Configuration → Local plugins
· Upload the .zip file using the "Upload plugin or theme" button
· Then click on ‘Reload list of plugins’
· Go to the Administration and reload the 'list of plugins. Install the 'Nop-Station Core' Plugin 
· After that install the 'Guest Order withdrawal Plugin'
· To make the plugins functional, restart the application
CONFIGURATION
· Go to NopStation >Order withdrawal
· Automatically redirect to Core settings>> License
· Give the license string than save it
· Now go to the Order withdrawal Plugin > Configuration.
Now click order withdrawal from header or footer. You will redirect to request order withdrawal page
If verification is required, you will be redirected to the Return Request page after successful verification.
