nopStation's Bulk Order Plugin is designed to simplify and accelerate large-volume purchasing for nopCommerce stores. It enables customers to add multiple products to the cart in seconds without navigating individual product pages, making it ideal for wholesale, distributors, retailers, corporate buyers, and power users.
Whether customers prefer manual SKU entry, Excel upload, or copy-paste ordering, the plugin ensures a seamless, error-free bulk purchasing experience while maintaining full compatibility with nopCommerce standards.
PRE-REQUISITES
The plugin requires you to install the Nop-Station Core plugin first.
INSTALLATION
· Download the Bulk Order Plugin from our store https://nop-station.com/customer/downloadableproducts
· You can learn more about the installation and licensing here
· Go to Administration → Configuration → Local plugins
· Select the NopStation.Core file and upload it by clicking the 'Upload plugin or theme' button.
· Select the NopStation.Bulk Order plugin file.
· Upload the file using the 'Upload plugin or theme' button.
· After uploading the plugin, go to the Administration. Install 'Nop-Station Core' Plugin first and then install ' NopStation.Bulk Order’ plugin.
· To make the plugins functional, restart the application
· You can configure the plugin by clicking on Configure from the Local Plugins page. Alternatively, go to nopStation → Plugins→ Bulk Order → Configure Bulk Order, enable the required options, and click Save
· Enable Bluk Order: Enable or disable the Bulk Order feature on the storefront.
· Allow Excel upload: Allow customers to upload an Excel file to add multiple products to the bulk order form.
· Allow paste: Allow customers to paste SKU and quantity data from the paste items page into the bulk order form.
· Maximum items per order: Maximum number of line items (SKU + quantity) that can be added in a single bulk order.
· Show stock availability: Show stock availability information for each product in the bulk order form.
· Validate stock: Validate product stock before allowing add to cart or wishlist.
· Show product images: Display product thumbnails in the bulk order form after SKU validation.
· Show prices: Display unit price for each product in the bulk order form.
· Minimum quantity: Default minimum quantity when product has no minimum. Used as the initial quantity and lower bound in the bulk order form.
· Maximum quantity: Maximum quantity allowed per line in the bulk order form. Product-level maximum (if set) still applies.
· Maximum file size (KB): Maximum size of uploaded Excel file in kilobytes.
· Excel has a header row: When enabled, the first row of the Excel file is treated as header and skipped.
· Add menu in header: Show bulk order link in header.
· Add menu in footer: Show bulk order link in footer.
· Search engine friendly page name: Set a custom URL for the bulk order page. Leave empty to use the default.
