Microsoft clarity integration documentation

Clarity from Microsoft is a free web analytics tool that helps you see what’s working on your site and where people get stuck. You’ll gain a deeper understanding of how your users interact with your site and get clear insights on how to improve your design to grow revenue and increase user retention.

INSTALLATION

  • Download the Clarity Plugin from our store https://nop-station.com/customer/downloadableproducts
  • Go to Administration → Configuration → Local plugins
  • Upload the Clarity zip file using the "Upload plugin or theme" button

  • Go to Administration, and reload the 'list of plugins'. Install the 'Nop-Station Core' Plugin first and then install the 'Nop-Station Clarity'
  • To make the plugins functional, restart the application.

CONFIGURATION

  • Go to Admin → NopStation → Plugins → Clarity → Configuration

    configure Clarity

  • Go to the Clarity site and get your Project ID or Script
  • Enable the plugin and set the project id or script
