PRE-REQUISITES

The plugin requires you to install the Nop-Station Core plugin first.

INSTALLATION

Download the Abandoned Carts Plugin from our store https://nop-station.com/customer/downloadableproducts
Go to Administration → Configuration → Local plugins
Upload the NopStation.AbandonedCarts zip file using the "Upload plugin or theme" button
Go to Administration, reload the 'list of plugins'. Install 'Nop-Station Core' Plugin first and then install 'Nop-Station Abandoned Cart'
To make the plugins functional, restart the application

CONFIGURATION

Go to Admin → Nop Station → Plugins → Abandoned Carts → Configuration

Is enabled: Enable or disable the plugin.
Consider abandoned cart cut-off time: Set the time after how long the system will consider a cart was abandoned in minutes.
Is enabled first notification: Enable sending notification on abandoned carts.
Duration after first abandonment: Set the time (in minutes) after how long the system will send the first notification upon the carts flagged as abandoned.
Is enabled second notification: Enable sending a second notification on abandoned carts.
Duration after second abandonment: Set the time after how long the system will send the second notification in minutes.
Don't send on the same day: Set to hold sending notification on the same day.
Customer online cut-off time: Set the duration in minute(s), when the system will consider the customer as offline if the customer is offline.

Go to Admin → Nop Station → Plugins → Abandoned Carts → Abandoned Carts List

Abandoned Carts list can be searched by various criteria.

ABANDONED CART STATUS

In Action: When added or updated to the shopping carts list.
Abandoned: When abandonment cut-off time elapses.
Recovered: When order placed.
Deleted: When deleted from the shopping cart.
